870 Super Mag LH???

I have a 870 super mag that I truly love. The problem is that I shoot lefthanded and it's a right handed gun. I am considering buying a LH gun, but all I see are just 3" none shoot the 3.5".

As I am looking at doing some duck hunting with my friends.. I would like the 3.5 option.

Did/does Remington make a 3.5 LH 870? I looked on the website, couldn't find any but I know of some other models that are not on there too...

Any info would be great! Thanks in advance.

i think remington just makes the 870LH. Is shooting it lefthanded that big of a problem? i also shoot my 870 super mag left handed, and find that the only thing that troubles me is the saftey.

i like the face i can easily unlock the slide, and the hulls dont bother me too much.
 
It's the safety thing...

It's mainly the safety that bothers me. I frequently put it back on safe when shooting.. the second followup shot doens't happen then....

I have never been hit with a hull that I have noticed.. but they do end up in my vest pocket, with the unshot shells. Sometimes I'll pull it out to reload and it's still smoking..hehehe

Guess I'll have to go with replacing the safety.

Looks like Remy could/should make a supermag left tho....

well every gun should be made left handed......


a lefthanded safty is 30 dollars online, installation should be easy
