870 Slug Barrel

I am looking at new slug barrels for my Wingmaster. It currently has a Hastings cantilever mount barrel on it that I like just fine but I had an accident and dropped the gun and now the scope mount is not level...

I was just curious to see if anyone is using anything besides Hastings or Remington brand barrels...

Mossberg makes fully-rifled, 24-inch, slug barrels for the 870. Available in bright or matte blue with rifle sights or cantilever scope mount for $187.43 (direct order price). Before coughing up the $$$ for a new barrel, I'd take a try at straightening the bent mount.

I agree with zippy13, if the mount bent, it is probably mild steel and you should be able to straighten it without too much trouble.
