7mm STW, winchester cases.

I just opened a bag of 50 new winchester 7mm STW brass. I'm prepping them for my "beanfield rifle".
I just finished resizing, I measured the cases. They run from 2.830"-2.840"
The trim to length is 2.840".
I was thing about trimming them all to 2.830".
Am I ok with that?

Yes. That will work fine. 2.830" is SAAMI minimum for that cartridge. The spec is 2.830-2.850", and the normally recommended trim-to length is simply in the center of the SAAMI range range so that your trimming ±errors don't get close to the limits. If you are not crimping, you could just ignore it until you see how much the cases grow after their first resizing.
