$720 For a sig 239

my local gun shop is trying to charge me 720 for a sig 239 in 40s&w without night sites. I think there trying to rob me. Please help if you know somewhere i can get one cheaper.

Actually that's not a bad price if they will sweeten the deal by giving you around 2,500 rounds of good quality ammo! Otherwise, ditto.

$550 at my local gun shop, and they are usually high. They had a used P228 awhile back that they wanted $650 for.

I see 239s at gunshows for under $500 at times.

I don't even think that MSRP is that much!

try http://www.firinglineinc.com. They have the 239 for well under $500 w/o NS and just over $500 with night sights. Ask for Larry or Dave. They are good folks to deal with, support their products and customers.

I picked up a P239 in 357 with the Sig. Trijicon nite sights for $560 new in the box at a gun show recently. Go buy one some where else and then take the bill of sale by the fellow and show him what you paid for it.

Sir, I think the gun dealer you are going to has been smoking too much crack! That is way over even MSRP! I suggest going to another dealer.
