7/8oz on M3 - It works !!!

Hi,

As I said before, I shoot skeet and trap, using a Beretta S682 and a Benelli SuperSport.

But the one shotgun that I always wanted was the Benelli M3 Super 90.
That said, I didn't miss the opportunity to buy one (I live in Brazil - everything gun-related is difficult around here) and for everything I read, the gun is famous for not digesting light loads very well.

Today, with all the papers ok (yes, here in Brazil you need to register every gun you've got, and you need a permit, valid for one year and issued by the Ministery of Defense to transport - not carry - the weapon to the range) I went to the range to test her.

I brought some 32grams shells for her, since 24grams shouldn't cycle.

At the trap range, i decided to test the 24grams (7/8oz) shells I usually use (it's the standart around here) and shot 50 clays, with 0 (zero) failures from the gun !!!

So, what I can tell is that my M3 cycles perfectly, from the lightest load to the heaviest !!!

Isn't that great :p ???

Just wanted you guys to know it !

Regards,
