The Weatherby rifle will be cheaper than the Lazzaroni, but I think I saw an ad somewhere where Sako was going to make a Warbird-reamed rifle and they already make a 30-378 (my local gun shop has two).
Both will need an owner who reloads otherwise you are paying a fortune in ammo. Brass for the Weatherby will be cheaper though (Cabela's and Midway stock it).
Velocity and energy, they will both be very comparable but with Weatherby's "free-bore" and its cartridge rim - the Lazzaroni should be theoritically more accurate.
