7.62x39 - Good place to buy on web?

I've found a lot of places on the web to buy some but I don't know if it's any good. Some of it is from Russia but theres no telling how old it might be. Is this ammo still manufactured in the US or anywhere or is it all surplus sitting around in various warehouses somewhere? Seems like I should stock up as most of these retailers make it sound like their supply is running out.

I just bought some 7.62 x39 Russian HP (manufactured in 1999) for $109 shipping included from www.ammoman.com. I'll let everyone know how it shoots and the service.

That's the lowest price that I've seen.
