I'd like to install a " Weaver type " ramp on my 686. It seems mine must be an old one, it only has 2 screws holding the current iron ramp on, the rear elevation screw and a small one at the front of the ramp. As advised by CC, I checked underneath the strap as well as underneath the ramp, nothing else. I'm no smith, but I don't think those 2 screws are going to hold up to a 357 Mag. for long. It would seem some gunsmithing is in order. Any suggestions ? Thanks, Andre.
