There is an icon on the top row that allows you to add to or modify bullet files.
Select the Hornady bullet file before you do anything, so the new entry will go into that file.
You will need to add the bullet name (I suggest you use the same form as the Hornady file uses - so select the 140 Hornady ELD Match bullet and modify it to 147 grains after selecting the icon.) Change the name before you save anything or else you will have modified the 140 file.
You will at least need the ballistic coefficient and I believe the overall length for the new bullet.
Once you save your entry, the new bullet will appear in the Hornady list.
After you restart Quickload, the new bullet entry will be in order by weight.

QuickLOAD has updates from time to time to add powders and bullets, but they are often a couple of years apart, so the database doesn't automatically stay current. But as Rimfire5 pointed out, adding a new bullet is pretty trivial. He only forgot to mention that when you have slected the bullet that is the next closest one, you click on the icon that shows a bullet with some caliper jaws applied to it. That brings up the file modifying menu.
I recommend you make a separate bullet file for all the bullets you enter yourself. That way, when there is an upgrade that data won't disappear.

BTW, Bryan Litz publishes a lot of bullet dimensions and measured BC's (their makers often err a bit on the high side) in his book, Ballistic Performance of Rifle Bullets, which was recently revised (3rd Edition) with additions. Your 147 grain ELD bullet is on page 240. The information makes filling out the QuickLOAD data easier.
