#510 Timney trigger in the Rem 700 SPS AAC-SD .308 Questions

Those of you who have installed this trigger in this particular rifle, how low have you been able to adjust it? Also, (safely) for bench shooting and not have the firing pin drop during bump test, bolt slam, and working the safety lever numerous time firm and quickly? Thanks! :)
 
My Timney for my 700 came pre-set from the factory at 1.5 pounds. I installed it myself, and performed all the tests prior to loading. Passed them all.

I have never tried to adjust the trigger, or monkey with it at all.
