Ummmmm, shooting another shot after a squib is not a good idea! I've seen it happen a couple of times in IPSC matches with a semi-auto where someone is shooting very fast and touches off the next round before they realize what happened, but one wonders how it could happen with a SA. I mean, it's not like they wouldn't have noticed it, especially in a 500 Mag!!!
