There is a picture in the 2001 Guns&Ammo annual of a round called the .50 peacekeeper. All i know is its a .50 cal round based on, IIRC, the .416 rigby case.
It looks interesting.
Does anyone know anything about this round?
Mainly what i would like to know is:
Can civilians buy it?
If so does anyone make a rifle for it and how available is ammo?
What are the ballistics on it?
How many foot pounds of energy does it pack and at how far?
And whats its overall range?
Real basics arent they? LOL
Any info of any kind is appreciated.
Thanks all,
morgan.
