Nothing special other than bullet diameter.
It loads like .44 Special, .44 Mag, .45 Colt, etc.
The diameter only becomes an issue if you need to pull bullets in a collet-style puller; or want to use an M-type expander, as no one makes one. Unless the situation has changed in the last year, you have to have the expander custom made. (A friend with a lathe, or any one of the guys on the Castboolits forums that make custom parts.)
The expander in the Hornady die set, however, now has a profile closer to an M die than Hornady's traditional 'bell' type expander.
As far as I know, only the RCBS collet style bullet puller can handle bullets .475" in diameter and has a collet available. But, of course, the classic intertia puller usually still works fine.
My .480 Ruger gets fed bullets that don't work out in my .475 Tremor (AR rifle cartridge). I found out, through necessity, that there isn't much support for the .475s. (It didn't/doesn't help that the cases for .475 Tremor have incredible neck tension.)
