S SOSARMS New member Aug 4, 2006 #2 Probably would not work. No rifling, and diameter of bore is larger.......Would work the other way around in some cases....My T/C barrel is .410/ 45 LC

K kudu New member Aug 4, 2006 #3 You will blow your gun up, and possibly yourself. .410 bore diameter if full choke about .392, .45 Long Colt diameter about .452. The search function is your friend.
