I have some leftover CCI Magnum No, 350 primers, would I be safe to use them in a reduced load of 4.3grain of Titegroup powder with a 230 LRN bullet?
Also can anyone recommend a good brand lead semi-wad cutter?

yes. you can just start at the norml staring load anyways. I use magnum primers for EVERYTHING now excluding some rifle, and it doesn't create anything dangerous at the normal starting levels.

I am using 4 grains of titegroup under a 230 grain lead bullet with no signs of over pressure. I do believe 4 grains is the starting load to a max of 4.8 grains so I have to ask how 4.3 grains is a reduced load????
