Has anyone had any problems after firing having a hard time trying to remove the emty casing from the cilinder? I shot 260gr magtech and corbon 335gr. fired grate no problems . But unable to remove two casing this gun I bought last week new . Should I ask for a new one or get it fix I have life time warrenty and 90 day replacement of the gun. I do love the gun vary much it kicks ass.

I have a Ruger SRH and some of the hotter loads tend to stick alitle more in the cylinder than the light loads. I'm guessing its because theres more pressure and the cases expand alittle more? Also, how do the 335gr bullets recoil? Is it bad, any worse than the Winchester 300gr bullets?

Corbon 335gr

The 335gr are not bad at all kicks pretty hard put I like it. Mike from Doubletapammo.com is coming out with a 398gr for the 454casuell next week some time it will be a real kick also corbon has the 360gr

A lot of revolvers will stick a litte with hot loads. It means that there is a slight burr or a rough chamber. If you send it in, they _might_ polish the chambers for you.

It's easy enough to do yourself with some croakus cloth, a dowel, and an hour-long TV show.

Took care of the problem

I polish the bore and the chambers works great. Yeah I just bought the gun two weeks ago from Gander mountain for $ 586 and I just ran the #ss number and the gun was made in 1998 it has been sitting there on the shelf for 7 years. Hard to belive they would sell me a older new gun.

I have had Raging Bull about 5yrs now, only had that problem after shooting 45LC through it. Maybe there was some dirt or slight carbon buildup.

Cleaning will do the trick. Mine was doing the same thing until I polished it. May have to pick up some hotter loads to try out. I have only used the Hornady stuff and I think they are 260 grains.
