I'm considering purchasing a Taurus All-Titanium snubbie for a carry gun. I like the idea of a .45 colt in an easy to carry 19 oz. However I recently saw somewhere that a .45 load shot from a 2" snubbie only travels in the range of 600 to 700 fps. Is this enough velocity for a self defense load? What defense load would be recommended for this type of revolver. Please help.
