Bought my first 45ACP pistol and I will cast my own, looking at the Lee TL452-230-TC any one casting with WW and shooting this boolit, any feeding problems, are you sizing or shooting as cast, any leading, will tumble lube with alox ?

While I have no experience with the 45 version I do have both the 9mm and 40 cal versions of lees TC molds. In both calibers this bullet is both accurate and feeds well. I would definitely recommend sizing for an auto loader, a revolver you can get away with skipping this step due to the forcing cone, but on an auto you need that consistent size for reliable feed and function in my opinion.

I like the Lee Factory Crimp Die works great it really makes a difference my 45 ACP 40s&w and 9mm all I load is cast ww in them .
Not all cast bullets need sized
This die sizes the case after it crimps the bullet.

I don't have the TC version of the 230 gr. Lee bullet but it should work just fine in your 45. I do have the Lee 230 gr. TLRN as well as the Lee 200 gr. SWC with the standard grease groove both of which I powder coat an they cycle just fine in my Hi Point carbine, in fact the 200 gr. SWC is very accurate.

I've been using 50/50 pure lead an wheel weights in my 9mm and 45 ACP loads an powder coating with no issues. I save my straight wheel weights for my magnum pistol and rifle loads.

I use Lee 452-230-TC. It feeds better than Lee RN. Those have to be loaded super short.

I powder coat. Pure lead with some tin.
