.45 ACP Sig P220 flames

I have not fired my Sig P220 in a year. Using 200g berrys with 4.0 bullseye.
Nice groups at 50 feet. But the muzzle flash is like 3 time what my other 9mm sigs do.
I just don't remember this much.

I inspected the gun, seems ok.

I am sorry, but are you concentrating on the sight/target or the flash? I assume it is just me, but I only notice muzzle flash with .357 Magnum revolvers (I don't even notice it with my .44 Mag), and even then it is mostly the flames coming out of the cylinder.
In a perfect world where powders are available, I would say to try AA2 or 231/HP38 or write to the powder suppliers (they aren't the real manufacturers) and ask for powders with flash suppressant.
If you are loading more than light target loads, try Silhouette or Sport Pistol or BE-86 (?), as they have flash suppressants.
