45-70 ammo safe in an IAB falling block?

I have an IAB 45-70 falling block and do not want to use factory ammo that might be too hot for it. Are all of the standard Govt. ammo listed 45-70 ammo on sale okay for it? I understand that the Ruger and Marlin rifles are used with the high power rounds, just wondering if the Rem, Win, etc 325, 405 gr are still safe in this replica.
 
Yes, and it will say so right on the box if you look. They load it down due to the large amount of old guns still being used in this caliber. If you want it "hotter" you have to do it yourself.
