.410 shells

I bought a Mossberg 500 in .410. Man, am I surprised at the shells you CAN'T find.
Hardly anyone carries them and when they do, they are pricy.

Any suggestions other than sell?

I have a 12 ga already and bought the .410 cause they are fun. Expensive to feed.

being a .410er myself i can offer my tricks.
reload.
buy the cheapest shells out there and the components, then put in what you want.
enjoy it sparingly.

also for making slugs, just take the shot out of the shells a drop in a .41 cal bullet.
i keep a box of just the bullets around for this purpose.
