.410 Handgun ammo

For some while now, I've been seeing .410 ammo at Wallyworld that is specifically marked 'handgun' on the box. Is there really a difference between this ammo and other .410 shells? Lighter, reduced loads, maybe? I've seen where the Judge is available with the longer cylinder, so in my thoughts it should obviously be able to handly any .410 load. I've never looked at the specs on the box, but I'm curious as all get out.

Four .36 caliber copper balls. Won't deform like lead shot so you get much tighter groups and deeper penetration. Also faster burning powder for the short handgun barrels. Penetrates four 1 gallon milk jugs of water equalling 12" of soft tissue penetration meeting fbi standards for defensive rounds.

Good info, thanks!
