I'm not familiar with your gun, but you need to take it to a knowledgeable smith and if there is enough bbl; thickness it probably could be done - be sure to make sure their reamer has a "forcing cone" incorporated.

It's very likely to be less expensive to buy a 3" .410. Think in terms of finding a smithy who has the reamer or you'll have to pay for that and not get to keep it. Plus the hourly rate.
