.41 mag. sin, dentist and Desert Eagle

OK I sinned a few months back and sold my S&W M57 to my dentist for a good price. He then charged me quadruple for two crowns. I miss my .41 but not the dentist.
This weekend I latched onto a new IMI made Desert Eagle .41/44 with 6 and 10 inch barrels 2 mags and carrying case. Although I haven't fired it yet the fit and finish is superb, the trigger smoother than a greased doorknob and it looks good on me.
So have I redeemed myself to my TFL family?

Yer ok by me, McShot! Why do you prefer .41, BTW?

BigG, I like the .41 for its power without the recoil of the .44. The .41 has an interesting history (Keith/Jordan) and has always been very accurate for me. I'm also one who likes the unique things in life rather than the common things of the "teeming masses". The rarer the better as long as it's quality.

I had the Model 57 Nickel S&W and agree that the 41 is definitely underrated, a pity! Like the 10mm Auto, it deserves a better following. Admire your taste, McShot!
