4" I frame 32 SWL - value?

Looking at one in a pawn shop, barrel date is '14, I frame, a shooter as the barrel has blue flaking that - according to the dealer - is blood....rifling looks sharp enough and I am NOT looking for a collector, but a shooter.......ballpark for a 4" I frame in 70% exterior?

14 would be the patent date, not the manufacture date.

The flaking of the bluing is very common to Smiths. Very doubtful if was blood.

In these weird times value is very hard to really give a value with guns going fast and for silly prices, but $250 to $300 would probably get my interest.
