.38 sp. carry

i'm looking for a lightweight 6 shot concealable .38 special with a hammer. any suggestions
If you want a small framed gun the only one I know of would be a used Colt Detective Special.

Edit: Oh yeah, the Agent too :o .

A 2 1/2" or 3" K-frame would be good for most snub uses as well and has the advantage of a medium frame for longer service life and more control for easier follow up shots.

As previously stated, Colt's Detective Special at 21 ozs,
or Colt's Cobra at 15 ozs, or Colt's Agent at 14 ozs.
Quote's are based on the "old model" design's.

And as Mike stated, S&W model 12 Military & Police
comes in at 18 ozs.

The new S&W Sc's and Ti's are even lower in weight;
if you desire a Scandium or Titainmum revolver?

I have a suggestion, how about a S&W-386PD., .357Mag
Barrel Length: 21/2"
Weight: 17.5 oz.
Capacity: 7 Rounds

I own one myself and I think it is great little gun! ;)
