.357 magnum single shot rifle ?

Browning, NEF, TC, Uberti and several others make some kind of .357. Prices vary from a few hundred to over a thousand. MWT

H&R made a single shot. I saw a new one last summer at
a gunshow for $200. It was from an estate sale, the seller
said it was made in the 1980s.

Savage "sort of" made a .357 magnum single shot. :)
It was the Model 24 combination gun. .357mag/20 gauge.
So it was either a single shot , or a double shot, depending
upon your point of view.

amalgam,
The Model 24 combination gun sounds good.
The next gun show in my area is March 10th.
I'll keep my eye open for one.
If I can't find one of those, I think I'll go for the
handi-rifle. The price sounds right and I have one in .223 that I am very happy with.
Happy Shooting Everyone...........

Ruger did make a limited edition of the #1A in .357 Mag. for the California Highway Patrolmans Association. If I understand it correctly, there were 500 pieces made. For what it's worth, I got one. :) How the rifle made it to Arizona, I don't know, but I jumped on it like a hungry cat on a slow mouse.
