Does it matter which dies I pick to reload for my .357 Marlin carbine? I use a 3 die set for my .44 Carbine but wonder how the RCBS cowboy dies differ, as I will just be plinking. I had to phone 50 miles around to find anything; will I be happy
with Hornady Ti nitrate dies? Still use lube with brass cases here right?
Thanks, Ed

well, I've been using Lee carbides on our cowboy .357's and have been quite happy with them (no lube), and have just finished reloading 150 .380's with brand new Hornady Tri nites (not to sure about the sizer die arrangment on those..) but over all quite happy with them so far... again, no lube. and at half the price of RCBS.... (I paid 28.00 for the Hornadys)

I have no idea what (if anything) is special about the "cowboy" dies from RCBS...
