.32 Caliber Cor-Bon In Kel-Tec P-32

I just filled a magazine with Cor-Bon .32 cal HP ammo. I racked the slide and, like everything else I've tried, one went up the pipe just as smooth as silk. This seems like it's going to be pretty good ammo. On the box it says "velocity 1050 FPS". Pretty impressive for a .32. Anybody else tried the .32 cal Cor-Bon? (Especially in a P-32?) The rounds are a little shorter (OAL) than the Silvertips or the Hydra-Shoks. I thought that might make a difference in the little Kel-Tec, but it didn't. So far the P-32 likes everything I've fed it. This is a great little pistol!

1050fps out of what barrel? From a P32 that would be impressive...but is it timed from a compact .32 or a full-size Colt Pocket Hammerless 1908?

My own view, after testing, has been to load ball because of improved penetration and lesser muzzle blast...last thing I want is a JHP that opens up and doesn't go in far enough. That said, I now have "flying ashtrays" as 8 out of 9 rounds in my 9x18 Makarov in hopes that its rounds have enough energy and weight to expand *and* penetrate. Even so, two of spare magazines have hot ball in them.

Oleg,
I have no idea what length barrel Cor-Bon used to get the 1050FPS. I wondered that myself. Some people love Cor-Bon and some don't. I've read posts where someone is complaining about it being inconsistant. I've only used it in my .40 cal Glock 27. I can tell that it's hot and I can see that it's accurate. I was just hoping that someone had tried the .32 cal.
