30rd mags

For a Kel-tec sub-2000. It accepts Glock 9mm mags. 30 round aftermarket mags versus 33 round Glock mags.

So far, all I know is that the aftermarket mags are metel and about $80 less than factory.

Some people make reliable aftermarket mags for some guns. The problem is, nobody seems to make good Glock mags except for Glock. They are worth the extra money.

They will also make a S&W version of the kel-tec sub 2000. If they are compatible with 5906 magazines, I'd get that instead, because those magazines are much cheaper than glock magazines.

Long ago, I had purchased 30 round mags for my Hi-Power (USA) and my shooting SIG P226 (Triple K, IIRC).

My reveiw of them are as follows :

USA : Extremely poor.
Triple K : Extremely poor.

USA Brand magazines have one of the WORST reputations for functioning out there. You will run into some people who will have had satisfactory results with them, however the overall consesus is to run away from them like they are contaminated.

FWIW- MECGAR makes a lot of different companies OEM mags, and also sells them under their house name. If its a MECGAR I wouldn't hesitate getting it.

Good Luck,
Rob

I have a standing order with a local dealer for the Sub-2000 with the Glock frame. I have four of the original Glock 9mm 33 round magazines waiting for the gun to arrive. :)
