308 Enfields

I just ordered a Enfield 2A No1 MK3 in .308 caliber. Does anyone have much experience with these rifles? It was only $70, so it's not a huge gamble. Are they any good? I had a No4 once and it was a real dog, but I think it was just a bad example.

I found mine extremely accurate for a battle rifle. Not sure why your No. 4 would have been a dog; most were fairly accurate and reliable, though rimmed case give problems for those unused to loading the Enfields.
