300 AAC Blackout Dies - Carbide

Why is it that carbide sizing dies are available for pistol calibers, but not for 300 BO? The use of carbide dies makes sense (eliminates the need for case lube and subsequent re-cleaning). Have I just been unable to find one online?

What am I missing?

"...Carbide dies only work with..." Carbide works just fine with a bottle necked case. Dillon has made 'em for years. However, they're really friggin' expensive. Their .300 BO 3 die sets run $189.95. $165.99 for just a sizer and are currently heavily back ordered according to their site.
Making a carbide die for a bottle necked case costs more due to the nature of tungsten carbide. Extremely brittle stuff. Has to be machined using ECD machining.
