Loaded these for a family member with shoulder problems for deer hunting this fall, and thought someone might be able to use this as the subject comes up from time to time.
Hodgdon says start with 60% of the maximum load of H4895:

I loaded 5 rounds each of H4895 under the 160gr Hornady FTX #30395, R-P brass, and WLR primers. Targets are 100 yds. The elevation is lower in in the 30gr load because I was aiming for the upper target and it hit the lower target, for the other two I just chose the elevation on the reticle that matched where the 30gr load hit.
30gr AV=1943 ES=23
32gr AV=2012 ES=16
34gr AV=2066 ES=27
I just finished loading a box of the 32gr load.
