Saw on another site, where there's one for sale. New old stock, with box and papers. Current bid was $25K and change. BIN price is $75K.

Supposedly, it's the Holy Grail of all Colt Pythons. :eek:

I bought one of these back in 1977 when I got out of the military. Bought it new for $350.00 + sales tax.

Traded it and some $$ for a dirt bike. :(
 
Oh Laudy, just to handle a NIB 3 inch PYTHON … Especially in nickel finish. ( even the not so pretty, Coltguard). ?????? Box, Papers, & orange Tag with a presentation wood case ????????????
Wow , that would be the Holy Grail for me .
