28ga Remington Express Value

What is the value of a Remington 28ga. Express with original box, a few rub marks on stock & forearm. I don't think Remington offers this 28 ga. anymore.
 
They do make their 1100 in 28 gauge as well as their 870 Wingmaster, so your gun, especially used would be valued way below those
 
I would go through completed auctions on Gunbroker or one of the other auction sites and see what they have sold for in the past.
 
I was meaning, not offered in the 870 Express. Does that give the shotgun any more value ?

I seriously doubt it only because they still offer higher grade guns in that bore size

And the advice about checking closed auctions is a sound one.
 
No, an 870 Express in 28ga won't add any more value...

value for a used 870 Express in my area is $ 75 - $ 100 ..../ box is irrelevent in my area on a gun like that...( unless you want to wrap it up as a present for a kid - its nice to have a box)...
