I can't tell whether you are a genius or insane, but I always click your threads.

lol :D

lets just say im saving a lot of money and my son will have a lot of toys to play with when he's ready to go to the range with daddy. :)

wait til you see my .22LR WWII builds completed (Bren, BAR, M2HB, 1919A6, 1919A4, Madsen,MG42). im getting these parts kits rewelded and bolted up.

defcon, do you ever sell any of the toys that you make?

im thinking about selling pre-gutted airsoft stocks. id buy them myself, pre-gut them and sell it or you can buy it, ship it to me, i gut it, ship it back, you drop in the .22 and bolt it back up.

at the moment im still doing research whether this is considered gunsmithing(requires FFL) or not even though its just gutting out the "airsoft stock for a firearm"

Awesome man, great work. Just out of curiosity, how is the accuracy with your iron-sighted rifles? Do you ever have problems with the airsoft sights not having enough adjustment to align with the actual rifle barrel?

i havent really zeroed the iron sights in. ya i think the iron sights wont be as accurate. i usually have scopes or red dots on them.

As with all of the others you post, I am very impressed sir. You have a talent at making these. The Chey-Tac M200 is still my favorite, but if you keep making all of these others, that might change. Please keep making these and posting the photos, I really love seeing these..

took it to the range today and it performed flawlessly. it got a bunch of looks and compliments for the conversion.

i still need to repaint everything

i have a video and will post it shortly.

How tough was this conversion? The front sight and flash hider are probably beyond my abilities but it appears from these pics that the Marlin was a good fit for this stock.

It looks great!

difficulty was 3 out of 10. it was pretty easy. never done it before so it took a few hours to figure things out and what to cut. if i did it again, should take me less than 2 hours

the flash hider and front sight are one piece and just slides over the Marlin 60 muzzle. just had to grind the bottom part of the flash hider to allow the tube to slide out
