Did Ruger build one of these? I have a friend who says his barber has one and wants $175.00 for it. I looked in the 2000 std. catalog of Firearms and all I found was the Bisley...he described it a little..said it is a two tone and has a jeweld hammer and trigger. Anyone know of this model? Should I add it to the collection or hold out for the Kimber micro after x-mas???

Never say never, but AFAIK Ruger never used the Blackhawk name on a rimfire. It sounds like something put together by a gunsmith, not by Ruger. I would be careful, as guns that have been worked on sometimes have problems.

Like Jim said, Ruger never called one of its rimfire revolvers a "Blackhawk", but you might be thinking of either a Bearcat or a Single-Six; both of these are single-action revolvers styled the same way as the Blackhawk, but with a scaled-down frame. If I remember right, the Bearcat had a gold-colored trigger-guard on a blued frame, which might be the "two-tone" effect you mention.
