I'm looking to get a conversion kit for my sig p226 .40 to train with, I got some inconsistent trigger pull which I don't really care to have. What are yalls favorite brands for this?

Sig makes a kit for it. Most with the kit would probably recommend running minimags with it. I used those for around 5000 rounds before trying anything else. I've now found that winchester 333/555 box and federal bulk work just fine, they both have similar advertised velocities as minimags. Although I may just stick with minimags for ease of stopping myself at the range, much easier to stop after the end of a box then look at a bulk box with ammo still in it and stop, those remaining rounds look so lonely! :D Only issues I've had were a couple of duds, some failures to chamber and possible light strikes. The latter two were fixed with a more thorough cleaning. The kit is as accurate as I am, that is to say still more mechanically accurate than I am physically accurate, and it seems to be every bit as accurate as my 9mm upper, out to 50ft at least(max range where I shoot), beyond that I can't say.
