.223 CZ 527 Bolt - Problem

Throat on this rifle is .050" to .060" longer then on 3 other identical rifles all measured with the same tools - all having fired approx. same amount and type of ammo.
The3 other rifles are owned by varmit hunting pals and mine is the only one that is "out of whack".
What would cause this?
Is it a common malady?
A round loaded to 2.356" OAL is .010" from the lands (freebore) is way too long for the magazine so have to shoot single shot.
Rifle shoots pretty good (1/2" MOA) - thought I would see if anyone else has run into this situation and their opinions.

Neither of mine have that particular malady. Are you in a position to get a chamber cast made and make inquiries with the folks at CZ?

What would cause this?

Let's see....

Different mandrel used during the hammer forging process (if the chamber was forged)
Different reamer used during reaming (if the chamber was reamed)
More abrasive powder used in the ammunition (more wear for same number of rounds)

That's what comes to mind.

I've got a 527 American in .223 and load it to an OAL of 2.272 which puts it 0.010" off the lands. Loaded to this length it shoots well and I've never had any feed issues.
