.223 Case Identification

I found some 223 cases with this information on the head stamp.

F C (probably Federal)

223 Rem

To the left of the "F" are two small indented circles and to the right of the "C" are two small indented circles. No crosses in the circles.

Are these military cases?

They are Federal. Not military. Those round marks, and their positions identify machine made on, and mean nothing to the reloader.
FC are made from a softer brass than LC and Starline. I stopped reloading them, and prefer the other brands mentioned.
