223 brass taking up space

I've been loading for about 6 years now and have always had a 223 on hand to load for, long story short that day came to an end. I'm looking for 357 casting molds, 44 mag brass, projectiles for both etc. I've got a few bags totaling about 1200 cases. I'll weigh them tomorrow to a more accurate guess.

I prefer local (I'm in Conroe Texas) but USPS is cheap.

Looks to me that you have well over fifty pounds. At $1.50 +- per pound, $75? This is your salvage yard price, at least it would be locally. That is what I suggest you do.

I'd try selling locally on local want ads if you won't scrap it. Shipping would cost more than the brass is worth, probably.

Unless I'm mistaken, what you have is mixed new and previously reloaded? I personally wouldn't touch anything for rifles that either wasn't new or once fired commercially. I know that there are a lot of people who don't care, but selling that lot may be tough.

That's why I was hoping for someone close to meet and exchange. There's a gun store that does brass credit for goods. I might hit them up, was thinking I might get lucky with someone here.
