.222 Rem Mag from .204 Ruger?

It is near impossible to find .222 Rem Mag brass. The 222 Rem Mag is the parent case for the .204 Ruger. Is it possible to reform the 204 into 222 Rem Mag? Would it just be a case of running the 204's through the 222 RM dies?

Eyeballing the case dimensions I would say so, though it may take a two step process using a smaller expander in the first step. (My very casual search provided no real help. Redding and other die makers should be good for both advice and expander/decappers.)
