In some old post I kept seeing a link for the 22 TCM forum.

Doesn't look like it exists anymore? Does anyone know what happened to it?

It does. Guns are still available for it.

Armscor remains the only manufacturer.

There is currently one RIA MAPP purchase option on gun.deals that is in any caliber (9mm), so it not being around isn't an indication of production.

I think TOU was asking about the forum to which he provided a link. The link appears to be dead.

I have followed the .22 TCM since Martin Tuason first announced it, and I didn't know about that forum. I have no idea what happened to it but my guess is that it died due to lack of traffic.
