4 4V50 Gary Staff Jul 24, 2005 #2 Good question. Depends if the bolt can trip the auto-sear. You'll have to compare the tail of the bolt with that of the M-16 bolt. If the tail (bottom portion) is cut short or missing, then there's nothing to trip the auto-sear lever.
