200+yard ranges in N.Georgia??

Not sure about public, but I have a private 500 yard range of my own, maybe you could stop by sometime for a little long range competition. ;)
 
I don't know of any public ranges over 100 yards in N.Georgia. Best bet is to join a private gun club like River Bend or Cherokee. I think River Bend has a 600 yard range. I belong to Cherokee in Gainesville; we've got a 100 and 200 yard range with a 500 meter range to be completed in July.
 
The Elber county gun and archery range is a lot of fun. They have rifle to 400yds. They have lots of competition and even allow class 3 weapons. You have to be a member or come with a member I think (just joined). The address is P.O. Box 126 Elberton GA. 30635-0126
 
In the East Part of GA

Columbus GA we go to Ft Benning ...we have 500 yards and up...glad to take you there sometime when you're in town. In Dahlonega I think there is a 200 yard range at the end of 400 (never shot there---see allot of Black Powder guns in and out of there though) near Toosies Motorcycle Stop.
 
The Dekalb County Police outdoor range is open to the public on Saturday. 25/50/100/200yard ranges, great attitudes and its cheap.
