I've heard rumors that one of the gun control schemes being proposed by Biden is a 200. tax and registration of all firearms and high capacity magazines, is this every year or a one time deal?
It's impossible to know what it "is" until it "is." Until there is specific legislation language before Congress that we can review, discuss, and respond to, it's all speculation.
