1. My delta elite, used, is jamming. It will extract the spent casing, flip I'd and it gets caught in the action before the new round can be utilized. I suspect the extractor. Any one sell a pre tuned extractor for a 10mm?

2. My new colt 1911 O package, shoots great, except with the 8 round Wilson (new style) it hangs up on the first round. You have to bump the slide to get it into battery. I am thinking the recoil spring needs to be at 18 lbs instead of 16.5. Or use only GI 7 rounders and see what it does.

Any thoughts????

Your 10mm's extractor may be worn, improperly tensioned or fractured inside the extractor tunnel. You may also have either a worn ejector or a weak slide spring.

Inspect the extractor first. Check for any fractures along the length of the unit. Check the claw-to-cartridge fit. the extractor should be able to hold the cartridge in place as it's fed from the magazine (use a high quality dummy round for this check).

Check the ejector on the opposite side to see if it's worn down, broken or loose. If you have more than 3,000 rounds thru the gun on the same recoil spring, insert a new spring and test.

Regarding your Model O, I'd agree if you're using FMJ ammo. Try the stock 7-round magazines for about 150-200 rounds then try the Wilsons again. If the problem persists, try a new recoil spring and/or contact Wilson.

the extractor will hold a 175 silvertip, its loose but it will hold it. The recoil setup is standard GI with a 20lb spring. I will inspect the ejector and possible order a brown 10mm extractor.

Just checked the ejector is loose, still pinned nut loose enough to wiggle. If is the short style ejector.

One more thing; are you using a ShockBuf or some such on the recoil spring guide? These can tend to shorten the slide travel and give similar problems to what you describe.
