25 RF. Gun was in good shape other than barrel being totally shot. In shop
class at school the teacher helped me install a 513 Rem. Target barrel. Gunsmith did extractor. The 25 barrel was octagon but the only way you
can tell is looking closely at end of fore arm. Made sight mount out of Weaver
base. That was 1962, it's sighted for 100 ft. Turkey shoot distance, it's won
quite a few.
