1st Amendment Protections

Not sure how long this will last here, but a recent posting has me thinking that a bit of Constitutional Clarity is in order.

Our freedom of speech and expression, not to mention the other rights ensconced in the 1st Amendment, are protected from government abuse of those rights. Our federal and state governments may not deny us our rights to political and religious expression, or our ability to assemble to enjoy those rights. The 1st Amendment does not restrict the private owners and operators of websites, or any other venue of assembly, from restricting speech or expression on their "property".
Just sayin'.

BTW, same goes for our 2nd Amendment rights.
