1968 unfired model 10-5

Traded into this from a older fellow who kept it and a gun rug since the day he bought it! Never fired it and it's flawless for being a 1968 model. Think I going to shoot this puppy after all these years.

Back in the sixties police team shooting was very popular, I shot a Model 19 6" but my buddy had six kids and a 4" light barrel M&P..said he could not afford a gun with adjustable sights. He used that M&P to land in the top 20 shooters in the entire state. Smith made them to shoot so go have fun.

That's a fine specimen you've got there. I have a 10-5 also, and it's one of my favorite firearms to shoot. It's safe to say that you won't be disappointed.

Nice find! That's beautiful!

I had a chance to buy one that was in pristine condition last year - like an idiot, I passed on it and have been kicking myself ever since!

Let us know how it shoots! :)

That's a real nice one.

The 10-5 is one of my favorites and I think you'll find it to be a good shooter. Handles extremely well.
